Manual Osteopathic Therapy

Manual Osteopathic Therapy looks at the body as a whole unit and looks for the root cause of the problem. Will assess and adjust with light manipulations throughout the body.

Reiki is a gentle, non invasive Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It promotes healing on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
